Solidvibel prioritizes customer satisfaction with transparent after-sales policies for all online purchases.
Customers may submit a return request within 30 days of delivery confirmation. All returned items must be unused, unopened, free of wear, damage or stains, with original brand packaging and accessories intact.
We offer free return shipping and full refunds for damaged goods, incorrect items and order errors caused by our warehouse team. For voluntary customer returns with no quality issues, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your returned package is received and verified by our warehouse team, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Partial refunds on free shipping orders (over ¥39) will deduct original shipping fees automatically. Final sale clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
